Not only does it inform you to place the can into the dispenser while showing you the correct can image, it also provides you with a clear overview of the values to be dispensed during the dispensing process. The advanced version provides plenty more functions which can make dispensing more pleasurable. This version allows you to keep history of dispensing and lets you use all basic functions of Redlike.

There are two ways Redlike lets its users to work with manual machines. You will see that the machine is connected to Redlike when the initialising bar changes to idle Here, click on RCC Reconnect in the bottom part of the page Minimise the window and return to Redlike. Restart RCC (Redlike Control Center) by clicking on Stop and afterwards on Start again Step 5ĭouble-click the Helper icon in the taskbar (similar to Redlike icon) and open Redlike Helper We recommend to create a folder manual_machine here: C:\ProgramData\Deso\rcc and store the configuration file there. Select Manual Simple or Manual Advanced as your machine type and the correct path to the DESO configuration file (manual-dispenser.ini) and Save settings

( Install Redlike) Run Redlike and click on the user panel in the right bottom corner to log in as admin pumps – this allows you to define multiple pumps for one canister and also set up the type of the pump defined in previous section.b_2 – small part of small gauge (B) is divided into this amount of piecesīeware: if you use only one pump, set b_1 and b_2 values to 0.b_1 – small gauge (B) size definition in parts defined by a_48,.a_y – it is not possible to go one part by another for the basic unit (Y), this number defines how many parts are defined for one step,.a_48 – basic unit (Y) is divided into this amount of smaller parts,.a_6y – how many basic units (Y) there are in the bigger gauge (A),.a_yy – basic unit (Y) gauge size definition in millilitres (US, USN, 100, etc.),.pump types – you can define multiple pump types for your manual dispenser, use these variables:.canisters – for canisters, define their colorant ID as well as the corresponding maximal, warning and minimal levels.colorants – please define the code (and/or name) of your colorants, their respective densities in g or ml, and RGB values.show fraction – if true, values of the smaller gauge will be always shown as fractions instead of decimal numbers.separator – separator sign between the value and pump_name (see below).
show_real_zeros – if true, values of the smaller gauge will be shown up to their 3 rd decimal position unless overruled by show_fraction setting (see below).show_pig_ml – allowed values are 1-4, they influence the gauges representation.settings – additional settings concerning with how the formula units of machine (gauges) are displayed for the operator in Redlike, see attachment 1 for examples (below).
